Our Pricing Structure
Our prices are offered as guidance for your budget and planning, not fixed fees. Actual pricing will be determined together and adjusted based on your church’s average attendance, geographic location, and unique ministry context. Our goal is to arrive at a number that is fair, sustainable, and honors both your congregation’s reality and the time and preparation required.
Pricing for district, conference, and denominational gatherings will be customized in collaboration with your team. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all fee, we shape the investment around your specific goals, number of sessions, travel demands, and follow-up expectations. Our aim is to serve your leaders well while honoring your budget realities, so we will work with you to design a package and price that fits your needs and desires.
Expenses: The host church will cover all reasonable travel, lodging, and related accommodation expenses, should any in-person coaching be requested.
