Helping Everyday Leaders Launch Faith Communities That Last
A simple, relational path for starting faith communities where life already happens.
Launching Faith helps everyday people and church leaders move from vision to practice, creating Jesus-centered gatherings in real places through a clear, repeatable rhythm rooted in relationship, hospitality, and discipleship.
Not a program or a formula, but a practical way to live and share faith where people already gather.
Why Our Approach Works: Faith grows best in relationships, not programs
Launching Faith doesn’t begin with events or strategies. It begins with people - listening, gathering, and creating space for honest conversations about Jesus in everyday places.
Our approach is built around one simple conviction: When people feel safe, seen, and spiritually curious, discipleship naturally begins.
The Journey (your next steps)
You don’t have to figure this out alone. Wherever you’re starting, there’s a place for you within our framework.
Step 1: Discern Your Calling
We believe that before you launch anything, you need clarity.
Take the Launching Faith Readiness Assessment to clarify your spiritual readiness, leadership capacity, and community context so you can discover what kind of gathering you’re meant to start, and what your next faithful step should be.
You don’t get a generic score, you get real guidance for what’s next. After all, you’re not trying to copy someone else’s model
Step 2: Prepare the Ground
Once you know what kind of gathering you’re called to start, we help you prepare it well. You’ll build a simple launch plan, choose the right space, and shape a culture of hospitality and trust so your gathering starts with strong relational roots, not hype.
Step 3: Launch Small and Faithfully
Begin your gathering as a simple, Jesus-centered table where real conversation and relationships can grow, keeping it small, repeatable, and rooted in hospitality rather than performance.
Remember, most gatherings start with 4-8 people and grow naturally. We believe slow, relational growth lasts longer than fast, shallow success.
Step 4: Grow and Sustain
Launching Faith doesn’t leave you once you start. After you launch, we continue to walk with you through coaching, training, and shared resources - so your gathering doesn’t just start strong, it stays healthy and keeps growing.
The Rhythm (ongoing culture)
We follow a simple, repeatable rhythm that works.
1) Listening - Everything begins with listening
2) Create Safe Spaces - No pressure and honesty is valued
3) Gather around a Table - Our gatherings are relational before they are instructional
4) Grow Together - Discipleship happens through proximity and practice
5) Live Sent - We don’t exist for ourselves

A Coffee Shop Beginning (What Happens When You Start)
John started with four people at a local coffee shop.
No stage or program, just an honest conversation around faith and life. Within a few months, people began inviting friends who had never felt comfortable in a traditional church setting. Today, the group gathers weekly - simple, relational, and rooted in grace.
