We believe the local church is God's primary instrument for making disciples. Sunday worship is essential, but it was never intended to be the finish line. It is the place where believers are renewed, equipped, and sent into the everyday places where life happens.
That's why Launching Faith exists.
We partner with churches to help ordinary believers live out their faith beyond the walls of the church. Through practical training and coaching, we equip people to build authentic relationships, create welcoming spaces for spiritual conversations, and make disciples in homes, neighborhoods, coffee shops, workplaces, restaurants, and other everyday environments.
Our goal isn't to replace your church or add another ministry program. Our goal is to strengthen your church's mission by helping your congregation become everyday missionaries. As people are equipped to live on mission throughout the week, your church extends its presence into the community while remaining rooted in biblical teaching, authentic worship, and meaningful Christian fellowship.
We believe the future of the Church is not choosing between gathering and going. It is embracing both, gathering to be formed as disciples and going to make disciples where life already happens.
Our Partnership Process
1. Discover - Every church is unique. We begin with a free Church Readiness Assessment and discovery conversation to understand your vision, your community, and where God may already be opening doors for everyday mission.
2. Inspire - Through the Faith Where Life Happens Weekend, Jim shares a Sunday message that casts a biblical vision for everyday mission, followed by an interactive workshop that equips your leaders and congregation with practical next steps.
3. Equip - Over the next eight weeks, we coach your leadership team as they identify, train, and support the first members who are ready to begin creating faith communities in the places where life already happens.
4. Multiply - Our partnership doesn't end at launch. We continue walking alongside your church with coaching, encouragement, and resources to help your leaders develop healthy, sustainable, and multiplying expressions of everyday mission.
